VANILLA HOUSE

Vanilla House is a recently restaured flat set in a eighteenth century building in the typical Via Garibaldi.

The street is alive with a small street market, many shops and handicraft workshop. It is 10 minutes walk from Piazza S.Marco; The Biennale D’Arte Moderna and Cordereie dell’Arsenale are both in easy reach. · Vanilla B&B is in the folk quarter of Castello where you can breath the typical venetians atmosphere.

LOCATION Ten minutes walk from S.Marco square in the centre of Venice.

The lido shores are 10 minutes away by boat, as well as The Mostra Internazionale del Cinema (end of august/half of september).

The Giardini Park and boat-stop are 5 minutes away on foot.

Vanilla is simple and confortable, with wood furniture.

It fits adults and children, the latter can have a special discount. Regarding the “only bed accomodation” (SORRISO ROOM), it is near Vanilla House, but in front of S.ELENA BOAT STOP.

· Vanilla house offers:

· VANIGLIA BLUE a small apartment (40sqm )with bedroom (2 /3beds ), kitchen fully equipped, bath with shower and private inner green courtyard.

Independent income.

· VANIGLIA PINK a one-room small apartment (20sqm )with bath, kitchen angle and two /three beds, independent income.

· VANIGLIA GREEN an apartment (60 sqm )for 4 /6persons, with two baths, kitchen completely equipped, two rooms, private inner green courtyard. Independent income.

· The rich breakfast includes also organic food to buffet (self contained ).

· 'In summer you can have two bicycles avalaible to ride in the beautiful and near island of the Lido.

· The cost includes breakfast, users, taxes, supply pottery and linen, final cleaning. Not there are other costs.

· Minimum of permanence two nights. · SORRISO ROOM ·Simply basic, cheap and confortable double bedroom (or single )with bath in exclusive use, in the familiar house of the owners of Vaniglia.

It comes offered in only bed accomodation (without breakfast and also without kitchen use).

It is 15 minutes walk from S.Marco square, near S.ELENA boat stop. It is near vanilla House, but not inside Vanilla. Minimum stay two nights.
